Position Overview:
Primarily responsible for developing new clients by identifying prospects, building relationships, and demonstrating the value of our products/services to achieve sales targets. This is a key role driving company growth, requiring exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect for new clients through various channels including phone calls, email, social media, and online events.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations, clearly articulating the value proposition and benefits of our products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Continuously track client needs and collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product Development) to provide tailored solutions.
- Proficiently navigate the sales process from prospecting through to closing deals.
- Continuously learn about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports, plans and participate in sales meetings.
Qualifications:
Work Experience:
Required: Proven track record of successful sales experience (minimum 3 years) with products similar to ours, including existing relevant client relationships.
Skills & Abilities: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly, confidently, and persuasively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, and results-driven.
- Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player.
