Our Hiring Process
Ready to join the QTOP team? Here’s what to expect:
Quick Chat (45 minutes): We’ll get to know each other. This informal chat lets you showcase the skills and experience related to the role. We’ll also give you a full rundown of the job and answer any questions you have.
Meet the Team (2 x 30 minutes): You’ll have separate interviews with our Marketing and Product Development Directors. This is your chance to get to know our leadership and what makes QTOP so awesome! Of course, feel free to ask them anything about the company and our culture.
The whole process usually takes 2-4 weeks, depending on schedules. We’ll work around yours to make things as convenient as possible. Our recruitment team will keep you updated throughout the process. They’ll reach out before your first interview and stay in touch. Do you have any questions beforehand? Just let us know!
