Sales Representative – Consumer Goods (Retail & Import Sales)

Position Overview:
We’re looking for experienced Sales Representatives with a strong background in selling consumer products and product development to major retailers and importers. Ideal candidates should have proven experience working with big retailers or importers and a deep understanding of market trends in cups, mugs, tumblers, home storage, seasonal decorations, party ware, and novelties.
This is a remote position with salary + commission (negotiable based on experience and performance).
Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote QTOP’s product lines to major retailers, importers, and distributors.
- Leverage existing relationships with big retailers and importers to drive sales growth.
- Identify market trends and customer preferences to help develop and position new products.
- Work closely with product development teams to align sales strategies with emerging trends.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals effectively.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to help shape product strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience selling consumer goods to major retailers and importers.
- Relevant experience working with big retailers (such as Target, Dollar General, Walmart, or major importers).
- Deep knowledge of product trends in cups, mugs, tumblers, home storage, seasonal decorations, party ware, and novelties.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to work independently.
