Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (2+ years) as a Product Developer or similar leadership role, with a focus on partyware or related consumer goods.
Strong background in engaging with retail customers in the US market, particularly with major retailers like TARGET, Dollar General, etc.
Experience in overseas factories is preferred.
Expertise in manufacturing processes for partyware products, including injection molding, blow molding, vacuum forming, and other advanced techniques.
In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standards for consumer products, with a particular focus on partyware and tabletop accessories.
Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks, Rhino, or equivalent, for visualizing and refining design concepts.
Exceptional project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams, coordinating multiple tasks and deadlines with precision and efficiency.
