Position Overview:

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer with a rich background in retail customer engagement in the US market. Specifically, we’re looking for someone who has experience working with major retailers like TARGET, Dollar General, and others. As the Product Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and creating partyware designs that captivate our customers and align with retail partner expectations.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and objectives for partyware products.

Utilize your retail customer experience to tailor designs that resonate with US consumers and meet the standards of major retailers such as TARGET and Dollar General.

Conceptualize and develop creative designs for a variety of partyware products, ensuring alignment with current trends and customer preferences.

Design a comprehensive range of party essentials, including tabletop products, decorations, and accessories, to enhance the overall party experience.

Conduct thorough market research and trend analysis to identify emerging themes and design opportunities in the partyware industry.

Create detailed product mock-ups and prototypes to showcase design concepts and features, ensuring they meet quality standards and brand guidelines.

Collaborate closely with suppliers and manufacturers to prototype and produce partyware products efficiently and cost-effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field.

Proven experience (2+ years) as a Product Designer, with a focus on partyware or related consumer goods.

Strong background in engaging with retail customers in the US market, particularly with major retailers like TARGET, Dollar General, etc.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, Rhino).

Impressive portfolio demonstrating creative designs for partyware products and tabletop accessories.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented approach and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for design, creativity, and staying abreast of industry trends in partyware and event planning.
