Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and passionate Graphic Designer specializing in seasonal themes such as Halloween, Holiday, Easter, and Harvest. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visually stunning graphics and “on-trend” product designs that resonate with our target audience. From spooky Halloween decorations to festive holiday ornaments, your designs will play a pivotal role in shaping the seasonal experiences of our customers.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and objectives for seasonal product lines.

Conceptualize and develop creative graphic designs, illustrations, and product concepts for Halloween, Holiday, Easter, and Harvest themes.

Create and produce trend boards with images, color palettes, patterns; design multiple series of images for the range of forms and prices for retail shelves, end-caps, and PDQs.

Create visually compelling packaging designs that align with brand identity and resonate with target demographics.

Stay abreast of industry trends, market research, and consumer preferences to inform design decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Participate in product development meetings, offering insights and recommendations to enhance product appeal and marketability.

Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design deliverables.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

Proven experience (2+ years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a seasonal or holiday product design role.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative design concepts and proficiency in seasonal themes such as Halloween, Holiday, Easter, and Harvest.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Passion for seasonal and holiday-themed design trends and consumer preferences.
